Unjust kills & PvP penalty (points)
What is an unjust kill? If you kill another player in a situation the game treats as unjust (for example: the victim had not attacked you back, certain party/guild rules, not war, etc.), you receive a penalty in points.

You get a warning such as: “Warning! The murder of … was not justified.” and, following the same server logic, information on how far you are from red skull (in points).
How penalty is measured Each unjust kill adds points to your penalty balance. The value depends on the victim’s level relative to yours (tiers: a much weaker target adds more points; a stronger target adds fewer). In-game this is summarized in !kills with level bands and +X points.

The PvP “reference” for these tiers uses minimum level 50 (below that, bands are shown as if the game used 50 as the base to explain the rules).
Decay Points are not permanent: the system reduces your balance over time. On this server: 1 point every 5 hours of decay.
Red skull & ban Red skull: when your point balance reaches the limit (on this server: 12 points).

Automatic ban: a higher limit exists in the server script (20 points) that may apply an account ban for excessive unjust kills.
Useful commands !kills — your current points, distance to red skull, time until the next decay, and level → point bands (in English).

!pz — battle/PZ time plus a short summary of points and next decay.
